Preorder timing

Preorder items ship September 2026, once the painting is finished. You'll get an email with tracking the day yours goes out. Nothing ships before then, no matter when you order.

Where we ship

• United States: free shipping on prints.
• International: we ship worldwide, and shipping is charged at cost during checkout. Prints travel in a rigid tube, which costs meaningfully more to send abroad — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Customs and import charges

For orders outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and aren't included in what you pay us. We can't predict them or refund them, and we won't mark parcels as gifts.

How prints travel

• 8×24 in — flat, in a rigid mailer.
• 12×36 in — rolled, in a kraft tube.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days and international orders in 1–4 weeks. These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email alexrobinsonstudios@gmail.com and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
